AvtoTax — automated debt notification
Built for the Nukus City Administration: an automated workflow that notifies people about outstanding payments through the right channel at the right time, replacing manual call rounds.
The challenge
For the Nukus City Administration, notifying people about what they owe was manual, slow and uneven: staff time went into phone rounds, some people were contacted repeatedly and others not at all, and there was no reliable record of who had actually been reached.
Our approach
Make the process explicit
Mapping the real notification workflow first — who is contacted, in what order, through which channel.
Automate the routine
Scheduled, channel-aware notifications with retries, so staff handle the exceptions instead of the list.
Keep it auditable
Every notification is logged, so the administration can prove what was sent and when.
